Prior to building your dream home, follow this short check list. It's very important to follow the CCR's and it's amendments, City/Town requirements, required engineered construction documents and acquire board approvals. Doing so will mitigate costly design changes, delay in construction schedule or potential fines.

DO...

1. Research your CCR's and Amendments for build guidelines.

2. Pre-coordinate your intent to build with the Encanto Paseo Board for guidance.

3. Design according to the CCR's, County/City and the Board pre-construction planning meeting.

4. Acquire required certified plans and documents such as Structural, Grading and Drainage, Septic, or Architectural.

5. After acquiring required documentation, present them to the Encanto Board for official approval.

6. After official board approval, submit your plans to the County for permits.

7. Upon receiving approvals from County/City, Permit and Board approvals, begin construction.

DO NOT...

1. Start construction without proper approvals or permits.

2. Dump dirt on your lot without approved permits allowing you to commence construction.

3. Alter grade after certificate of occupancy.
